    I am having issues with authentication


    I'm having issues for about 3 weeks trying to get authentication on my Xbox series S. I am unable to play games. It's also asking for a IP code which I tried the ones on the console. Please help

    Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, a fellow gamer. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am here to help.

    Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

    From the error message, select Enter alternate MAC address at the bottom of the screen, then select Manual

    On a wireless PC connect to the Wi-Fi network you are trying to connect your console to. Once you have connected to your wireless network, you will now need to get the MAC address (physical address) of the PC.

    From your PC, open Command Prompt by typing CMD in the Cortana search box and then type ipconfig/all

    Your MAC address is listed as "Physical Address" and is shown under the Ethernet adapter Ethernet section. Copy this number down and go back to your Xbox One console.

    From your Xbox One console, enter the MAC address of your PC into the Alternate Wireless MAC address field. Once you have entered your MAC address, try connecting to your wireless network again.

    I have the same issue, being the store service is having problems I am assuming purchased game authentication is having problems as well? But the service site needs to update to include this issue

    Unable to stream on twitch, recieving Error Code:788078D4

    I have solved my issue. I went to check on my stream key and possibly reset it. Twitch prompted me with "Enable Two Factor Authentication, to view stream key." I set up Authentication, and I am able to stream again! SOLVED!
