    I am having issues purchasing the Xbox game pass


    I was trying to purchase the Xbox Game Pass for PC and when I got to the payment part I kept running into errors stating that my store region was incompatible with my payment method and so on. I did try checking and changing it to my actual region but
    to no avail. All I want to do is give you money to play a game but you won't let me.

    Bought game but says I need to buy it still

    I am having a similar issue. I have the Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass purchased, however, in the store it says i still need to purchase it. Not available to download to my xbox through manage game. Tried uninstall/reinstall of the game. Did not work.
    Xbox support please help. I am a preview member

    Also is the game pass the only purchase you are having issues with ?

    Thank you. It happens with any gamepass game. I am indeed uning the Xbox App to download/install/launch your Game Pass Games. I am using Windows 11.

    On a side note. I have no issues with purchased games through Steam as games do run perfectly.

    Hi EastMagic457061, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    As I have checked, Ireland is a supported region which means that you should be able to buy or subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    If you have an active Xbox Live Gold. Xbox Game Pass for Console, EA Play, or PC Game Pass that was purchased in the UK region it will not work because the region's subscriptions are from the UK still. This means that to fix the issue, you may need to wait for any of the subscriptions to expire in that way you can purchase an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for your physical region which is Ireland.

    On the non-home Xbox console, you will be needing to have an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass depending on the situation such as if the game that you're trying to play is also owned by your eldest son that means you may need to re-purchase the game as well or Xbox Game Pass if the game is from Xbox game pass library.
