I am having issues locating my quests in Gamepass?

Please be reminded that I cannot access or modify your account because this is a public forum.

I understand you're clicking the “New Quests await” button in the PC Game Pass app and instead of seeing your quests, it's just sending you to your profile page. That definitely feels misleading, especially when you’re trying to earn points or just check on progress.

Right now, Game Pass Quests are only available on Xbox consoles and through the Xbox mobile app, not directly inside the PC app. That’s why the button doesn't open anything meaningful on PC — it’s more of a placeholder link that doesn’t currently function the same way as it does on console.

Here's what you can do instead:

Use the Xbox mobile app

Download the Xbox app on Android or iOS

Sign in with your Microsoft account

Go to the Rewards or Game Pass tab to view available quests

Or check directly in the Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox

Press the Xbox button > go to My games & apps

Open Microsoft Rewards and check your quests and progress from there

It’s a bit confusing, I agree. Hopefully in the future they’ll improve PC support for quests directly within the app.

If you go to the microsoft rewards app and look at the earn tab you will see the "Xbox Games Pass Quests" and in there the gamepass quest are located.

The new Quests for January are now showing in my Android GamePass app. Unfortunately they are displayed using French text...despite my profile language preference being set to English US. Looks like another case of some automated process thinking that location
= Canada means text = French.

I have already reported the above app Quest language issue via the in app reporting feature in case someone was thinking about telling me to do that.

I have had a similar issue, however it's with the weekly quests that include playing Gang Beasts. Also, for some reason, the daily quest of playing a gamepass game is not registering for me on any gamepass game i own. What can i do?

I can report that I have not yet had any issues this month with the GamePass quests.
