I am having an issue with my captures. Anyone else? It won't even show on The app.

Thanks for the additional details. Removing your account won't delete your game and account data. They're all uploaded to the cloud and will just be re-downloaded.

I have seen few players having this kind of issue recently so it's probably a bug on their system. However, you could still try those workaround. If it didn't work, please wait and try it again at a later time. You could also report it or file a bug directly to Team Xbox for further investigation. If I delete my account , will it erase anything on it ?? I have resetting my Xbox account and I logged out of my app . I have not uninstalled it . So I can do that next . I have resetted my wifi router . I can try the removing the account next as well. But it was working just fine this morning , and then when I jumped back on the game and recorded a clip , it said it did it and it shows on my Xbox , but it won’t upload it on the network and won’t let me delete some captures and videos . Then that’s when I checked on my app and it says it’s just stranded and to reload it and or try again later

When was the last time you were able to see your captures from the Xbox app on mobile?

Have you tried to reinstall the Xbox app from your phone?

On your console, try to re-add your account and delete your captures again.

Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

I made a clip tonight and it won't show in my feed or captures unless i go to manage capture in upload studio. When I go to share it, it says "something went wrong" so I thought waiting a while and then trying would fix and it didn't work. I even tried re-uploading
it and still no go. Any other clips, captures, or posts will show up but not this one clip. Has anyone else had this issue?
