I am having an error code when trying to log in to minecraft.net with my microsoft account

Hello,

today i wanted to play minecraft as it has been months since the last time i played but to my surprise i couldn't log in my account

i tried multiple times (14 times) in different periods of time but couldn't manage to enter my account, even tho my profile says i am in the account

i can't open my account in the;

- minecraft.net website
- microsoft.com website
i tried like listen in an older post to open my xbox account with mycrosoft and it worked but i can't get the authentication to work.

i tried loggin in a client instead of the website and in the client i received an error that stated i couldn't get access to microsoft's authentication servers.

then i tried loggin into an alt account that has no authentication and it worked, idk if its a problem from microsoft side or its a problem from my side.

P.S. the error code is: error=InternalServerError&error=InternalServerError&error=InternalServerError&error=InternalServerError&error=InternalServerError&error=InternalServerError&error=InternalServerError&error_description=Some+exception+happenen&error_description=Some+exception+happenen&error_description=Some+exception+happenen&error_description=Some+exception+happenen&error_description=Some+exception+happenen&error_description=Some+exception+happenen&error_description=Some+exception+happenen#state=login

The issue may seem related with your account profile, I suggest for you to raise a ticket with Minecraft Support.

Based on the error code you posted, it seems that you are unable to connect to Minecraft Server.

Are you using a VPN connection? if yes, temporarily disconnect from the VPN server and login again.

Restart your device and your router and test again.

Check if you can still login with your Microsoft account from the Microsoft website: account.microsoft.com

Try to login using a different device or from another network, you can use a mobile data as well.

Thank you for answering my post, and no i don't use a VPN connect.
I tried connecting with my phone and with mobile data and it had the same error.
I tried again today and i had the same error, even tho i restarted my wifi and my pc,

at this point i think its something wrong with my account?

P.S. i tried loggin into the site you said and when i do it gets me back to the login page,

and under it says i am connected to that account but get an error every time i try to open

my profile.

I am sure it is on this email. I purchased a minecraft java code and used it on minecraft.net logged in my microsoft account.
