I am having account issues while trying to log in

same here. using my main profile that have xbox live to log in but the screen hang on while trying go get into the dashboard.

but i can log into my live account from the game i am playing..

what is the issue on loading into the dash board?

I am , an XBOX Live Ambassador. I understand you are having issues with FIFA 2014. While I have not played the game, I just figured I would start troubleshooting with the basics. Did you select the register or log in? If you are trying to re-register
with an e-mail address that already is linked to an EA account, try clicking Log In. As I have encountered with various other games, sometimes logging in will register the game.

I deleted one game and then it said that it was $39.99 for the download.

I used the license transfer while logged into our live account. I am guessing I have to ask him to log on his and use the transfer while logged in his account?

I am actually trying to play through my computer. And I can easily log into both the Xbox and Microsoft website, while seeing my gamer tag. I am still having the same issue.

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.
