I am having a problem with my Xbox and may need to reset it. What happens?

To whom it may concern. I have been playing Jax on my laptop, and now the program is telling to go online and reset my xbox, privacy setting, I am having a tough time resetting what can I do or do I need a code to get back in. and the game supposed to be
free.

i am still having problems with this no matter what i try, this may be a coincidence but i have not had any problems like this until this most recent update. over the past 3 days it was happening once a day,as of today everytime i try to log into xbox live
on my xbox it happens every second time i log in or close a game/app.

I called Xbox support and they told me to post here - which is pretty poor - they can't even record my problem - I have to do it myself. Well guys, I am gonna try a factory reset and see what happens. I had Narse77s problem this morning - no kinect until
hard reboot.

I am currently factory resetting my Xbox and removing all apps and games to see what happens
