    I am currently paying for 2 ISPs- comcast xfinity and verizon fios both wired. Either they are both using a common server that is creating the bottleneck to and from microsoft servers or something's wrong with microsoft's servers.

    I'm using xbox with all the settings optimized.



    I play one game and 99% of the time my connection to it is atrocious.

    What prompted me to post this is that I'm currently testing both ISP's and seeing 100% packet loss after the xbox network test and latency that is double my already high average of 65ms. I've changed nothing with the networks. This happens any time of day/night. I'm tired of getting the runaround with all the support people on the phone telling me everything looks fine from their end. Also tired of tracert dead ends, internet search dead ends.

    latency raised for no reason

    Similar thing happened to me a week ago, went from an average of 21ms to 156ms, no idea what the cause is. It affects both my Xbox One and an X, I am in the UK so I'm not sure if it's related. Multiplayer is now impossible for me
    thanks to constant disconnects. I've used speedtest.net through the edge browser and got averages of 16ms. I currently have no idea how to fix this.
    Same has happened to me since last Friday, normally my latency in the detailed network statistics was always between 20-40ms and now its at 150-160ms and it wont go down. playing fortnite has become a lot more difficult because of the extra lag. tried everything
    to fix the latency but no luck.
