I am getting low download speed on my xbox app for pc

I am also getting low download speeds on the XBox 1 test, but on my PC they are normal.

First, if you are using a proxy or VPN, stop using it. At least when downloading games on the Xbox App.

Then, please reset your network settings:

- Click on Start > Search for command prompt > Right click on it and select "Run as administrator";

Run the commands below and press Enter after each one:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset all
netsh winhttp reset proxy
netsh int 6to4 reset all
netsh int ip reset all
netsh int ipv4 reset all
netsh int ipv6 reset all
netsh int httpstunnel reset all
netsh int isatap reset all
netsh int portproxy reset all
netsh int tcp reset all
netsh int teredo reset all

net stop wuauserv
net start wuauserv
net stop TrustedInstaller
net start TrustedInstaller

If the download speed does not improve, please test your Internet connection and let me know about the results:

- On Windows 10, go to Start > Search and click on Xbox Network.

- On Windows 11, open the Xbox Console Companion app > Click on the gear icon (settings) > Connection (or Network).

See if your connection test shows open NAT and connected to server. Let me know about the results, please.

Thanks for replying. I installed the Xbox app on my tablet and I am able to sign in with the same network. But on my phone, it just kept loading(like my name xd). By the way, the network speed on the top is real-time speed, which means when I am downloading
something the speed will increase and when I do nothing the speed will be low. The speed depends on what I am doing, so I think it is normal.

I am trying to download the new COD and it could be a server issue... On my end I have carried out speed tests on my phone, laptop and Xbox and they are all reporting the download speeds of up to 50Mbps. yet my download speed in 'games and apps' for the
COD game has not reached over 5Mbps as of me last checking and is dropping to as low as 500Kbps.

The NAT is also open..

I am getting very low internet speed, can this be the problem, i mean very low speed
