I am getting graphics driver crashed problem in every game.

Hello community!!

I am using Lenovo ideapad 330 laptop which has NVEDIA GTX 1050 graphics card. I have all the latest drivers installed and I also refered some online solutions about the same issue. I have windows 11 in my system with DirectX version 12. I am sharing the screenshots of directX and the errors I am getting in different games.

I have secured boot enabled in BIOS and Graphics mode is switchable graphics.

This is the error I am getting in VALORANT game.

I have tried every online solutions and youtube solutions.

For SHADOW OF THE TOMB RAIDER game I am getting this error.

system may not have enough resources to run the game at the selected settings. You can retry using the same settings, or adjust them to lower settings. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video hardware, and try rebooting your system to help clear up any issues.

I have already played these both games on this device.
I am getting same probelem for every other game ( Assassins creed osyssey , Valhalla etc.)

Hello SHYAM, by the images you sent this may be related to DirectX12, a procedure to be tried, would be to uninstall DirectX 12 and install 11, it seems some games are still very useless compared to 12.

Have you also checked if you have your Windows upgraded to the latest 21H2 version with all optional updates made?

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Hi joseph,

I tried downgrading the windows 11 to 10.

Moreover, I also installed all the latest drivers.

I tried running all in compatibility(Windows 7) mode too still no help. Not just games any graphics related programs are not functioning properly.

If you need any additional screenshots please ask I'll provide ASAP.

As far as I know directx can't be uninstalled, it is included with windows 10/11 now

Let's try to isolate the issue a bit more. First, may I know if you tried reinstalling your graphics card driver from the manufacturer site?

Or what else did you tried? In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

If you already tried reinstalling the graphics card driver. What about running the games in compatibility mode to see if that helps?

If not, please open Task manager > show more details > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart your PC and check if that helps

I am having the same issue.
I will be playing as usual and then all of a sudden the game crashed and tells me its an outdated graphics driver. I even manually updated my graphics driver because I was having this issue. Occasionally when it crashes Minecraft gives the crash log for unexpected crash of some kind that you would get when using ALT+F4. This time all I did was open my world and open my inventory before the game crashed.

Did you ever find a solution to the problem?
