I am getting Dirty Disc error for the same game on two seperate discs

I also sometimes get a dirty disc error which makes no sense considering this is a downloaded game and there is no disc in the tray either.

My Xbox One has also been having issues with reading discs. Ever since the march update, any time I switch discs I get error code (0x21) saying that my disc is dirty or damaged. The only way I am able to get the system to read the disc is to do a hard reset,
which includes unplugging the system. On top of that, anytime I switch discs I have to do the same reset, and I am unable to even play the same game after turning the console off via its regular sleep mode.

There is something I have never understood about people and that is, Why is it that whenever they get a disc read error message on their 360 or DVD player they always assume the worst? When at times it can be nothing more than a dirty lens or a dirty disc.

Several times on my 360 I have had it having trouble reading discs and all that was wrong with it was that either the disc was dirty or the lens was dirty. With my DVD lens cleaner it fixed my dirty lens in no time.

I already did that before posting here. However, I don't remember if I actually removed my profile from Xbox One. So, I tried it once again.

The error that I am getting is "Unable to read the disc, the disc may not be clean. Please clean the disc and try again". Error coe 0x80820003-0x35 .... Before you ask me whether I tried cleaning the disc, yes I did. Plus it's a new game disc

And to top it all, I ordered two more new game discs and tried those two as well .... getting the same error in all the 3.

When you say not loading, do you mean installing or launching?

If the disc is not being read, then the it might be dirty or the drive might be faulty.

If the drive is fine, and the disc is not dirty, then are you getting an error code / message when trying to launch the game?
