Smwutches, you would have to contact the help support of that platform.

Unless you are seeing any charges for that subscription on your
Order history, you would be unable to
request a refund for something that was not purchased on the Microsoft platform. This is similar to how you can purchase subscriptions for other streaming services on the Xbox console, but since you are not being billed by Microsoft but another platform,
we would be unable to assist you in purchase done for that service.

As there is no further info that we can provide to you on this matter, we will now be locking this thread.

What do you mean the Xbox app instead ? I play this thing maybe twice a month or maybe once every 6 months when I have a little time.

Oh, ok. I was hoping that it was for PC gampass too, thanks for the help! Little disappointing that its 3 months free trial, on the spotify premium instead of 3 months free.

I was billed twice for EA access so instead of just thirty dollars I was billed 60 dollars
