    According to Xbox Support:

    "Make sure that you're signed in to the Microsoft account that bought the subscription. If you're sure that you're signed in to the correct account, check your purchase history:

    If you're certain you shouldn't have Xbox subscription charges, contact your financial institution so that they can help with a possible fraudulent transaction."

    How do I cancel a recurring subscription that is being charged to my phone bill, but it doesn’t occur in my subscriptions on Xbox/Microsoft account when I log on. So I can’t see it to cancel it
