I am getting an error when copying captures from my xbox to my drive

It seems that this problem is beyond my knowledge as you say it may be a temporary or generic problem that you are expiring several users, the best I can recommend is that you contact the xbox technical service.

Click on the green "Report" button and fill in the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox will know that there is a problem with the screenshots and can work to fix it as soon as possible.

Hello! thank you so much for the respounce but after trying all the but one of the fixes, listed above i have found that none of them work. I do not know how i can ensure the captures are not damaged however but i do not beilive they are giving that i can watch them with no problems.

I am not going to clear saved games catch because i like my games

I would love other ways to fix the problem! thank you!

but mincrosoft is a very slow moving company and by the time my issuse is fixed it is most likely that all my captreus will be deleted from the xbox network, i will report it anyway but i need an alternative.
