I am get blurry screen in 1440p xbox series s, how to fix that?

I've done a reset like that but the resolution is still blurry

reset your xbox to default resolution and use another resolution.

If there is a disc in the console, eject it.

On your console, press and hold the Xbox  button for 10 seconds to turn it off.

Press and hold the Xbox  button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash before the second beep. Don't let go until you hear the second beep or see the console boot into low-resolution mode (the Xbox boot screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to press and hold both the Xbox  button and the Pair button as your console does not have an Eject button.

Xbox only support hdr on 4k so we that have a xbox series s and 1080p 1440p hdr 120hz screen cannot get hdr because its not 4k. On ps4 it works tho 1080p hdr.

So xbox series S wont look any better on this monitor than my XBOX One looks currently i wont get 2K on this then

Not necessarily. If your particular Series S game runs at 1440P and you have the display set to 1440P @60Hz then it will look far better.
