    I am extremely confused by this.


    Recently, I downloaded the Xbox Smartglass app and wanted to join a club. I noticed I had club invitations and tried to click on it. I got a prompt saying that I had an account suspension that prevented me from joining clubs. Skip ahead a few minutes, I
    checked my enforcement history on xbox.com and it said my account had a perfect record.

    Can anyone explain?

    Parent's Microsoft Account No Longer Valid?

    Update: This time when I went to Sign Into Xbox Live, It actually did... Im so confused but extremely happy at the same time.

    I'm confused, if you are willing to pay, why don't you then? An original Xbox and those particular games are extremely cheap on eBay. You could be playing them by the end of the week if you wanted.

    Hi there,

    An enforcement team member is the only one who can respond to any enforcement actions they issue, and they do not use the forums.

    Any information about a suspension will be found
    here     in your enforcement history. You can also submit a case review, if qualified, on that site.

    Keep in mind, the enforcement team will not give any specifics that could identify the user who reported you.

    We see that you were able to send 4 referrals to Gold. Keep in mind that we use the billing email for users. If your friend has a different billing email than his Microsoft Account email, his referral email may have ended up in an unexpected location. For
    reference, you can see your billable email at (https://account.microsoft.com/profile#/), under "Edit Your Billing Email".

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Once you complete an offer (really about 96 hours after), credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the rewards site. Credits are deposited
    into your Microsoft account balance as cash by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000), you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date
    listed on the site at the time that you make the request. The MyRewards section of the site will also show you your statement which will include a list of all offers you've completed as well as any deposits that have taken place.
