    How can i get my Xbox Internet speeds faster?

    CPT- Did you ever resolve this problem? I am running into the almost same issues that you were. I am just starting out in this mess(haven't opened any ports yet). When I do a speed test on my laptop, I get 29-31 down. I did a speed test on the Xbox and got
    1.5 down on a wired connection. thank you for any help!

    shut down, unplugged for 5 minutes, hard wired, restarted had the green screen, speed test 2.02 down, upload says not available, packet loss 36%, latency 137 ms, mtu not available. Removed hardwire plugged into my mac pc, ran test, 214 down, 14.55 up,
    12ms. I am baffled on this one.

    I just ran a speed test on edge, and I am seeing a ping of 3ms with 900 up and down. I think you're right and Microsoft is limiting the speed.

    Thanks for the reply! I am on WiFi but I am only having thus issue on the “ Movies and TV” app. I will admit; I haven’t run a speed test when the drop happens, I will try that next. The service I have is 200 gigs down.
