I Am Done with the submit a form bs.

Look, I am a proud subscriber of Microsoft and their products, but if they're not going to take responsibility for their customers, what's the damn point of me respecting them. I mean I have to spend my own money on a product from their Microsoft store, right?

but, here's the thing: even if I spend more than $2,000 worth of game content, apps, and video games at which I've spent that much money on their platform. all they tell me is they're not associated with the tools to accompany my account and I should use the stupid submit a form.

Do you know how many goddamn times I've tried the submit a form and added a bit more and more information for you to accept the fact that I am the owner of this account It doesn't work I've already told them that I have 2-step verification activated on the account and that's the reason I can't use the submit a form because it doesn't work.

Account trying to recover: My Xbox Live Account is Zaptical Gaming and my Email associated with the Xbox account is: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Here's the issue with why I need my account's password reset and how I came to this issue in the first place.

Basically: I have a noisy brother that touches ALL my stuff, it doesn't matter if I get a VPN, It doesn't matter if I use a password save plugin, It doesn't matter if I communicate with my brother to not touch them, It doesn't matter. He will touch my stuff.

What my brother did: he intentionally took my laptop and went to google and typed outlook.com and then there were my "saved passwords" highlighted in the outlook browser and what he did was tremendous' he went into my account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and THEN changed the password and also changed my profile picture and then he changed my phone number to a number that I don't have, I'd have access to change my password if I get a link to reset pass through email. Also, I've always stayed signed into my account since I wouldn't be able to log back in if I signed out from xbox, even if I have some kind of pad key code on the account.

I've been signed out since August, and I've been using an alt account since then. But this is how I got signed out. I bought a new headset for the xbox and during the set up of the headset's boot up, I reset the console because the headset didn't seem to be working, but after resetting the console I realize that my account is gone from the sign in menu, but my headset finally starts working after the reset.

So, sure it's my fault that I can't log in, but more importantly it's still stupid that even If I know my password to sign in, the reality is that the password has been changed to something else, I've asked my brother obviously what the password and the end credits role' he forgot the password, GREAT!

Can I please just get a reset link to the account I'm trying to recover? there's no way to ask for a code to reset my password because literally everything is changed and I can't do anything about it so, now what? almost 10 years of gaming on this account alone and in the end I don't get actual help for my account?

Wow...

Do I just stop using your products in general to show you how stupid it is, cuz the submit the form is not getting me anywhere at all.

The account is being investigated by Microsoft Support. I've gotta wait 72 hours pending to get a resolve for the Account Recovery Fill out form through PDF file

I can delete the post and this discussion can end, since I've found my issue.

this is such BS. so tired of the lack of communication and support form microsoft. i am sick of paying for games and a service that i cant use

If the information provided to the recovery form is not being accepted, then there is nothing else that can be done but reviewing the information and submitting the recovery form again. I'm sorry.

In my wife's case No hope due to her inability to provide the serial number of the last console the account signed into. That was back when 360s were the current gen, things change. But if you have that there might be hope... Seems you might be able to get past the step where we got turned away. Idk the rest of the process. (or if its even the same after all these years)
