I am Constantly getting error messages when trying to do something on Xbox Service

Do you get any error or message when you try to connect on the xbox live service?

I am getting the same error. My son is trying to purchase something on Xbox but getting an error so I tried to look into his account and getting the same error message as OP

0x80073cf6 - I am getting this error message when trying to start the Netflix app. Started doing this a couple weeks ago. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, unplugged xbox and plugged back in still get the error message.

God I am so happy I finally found this thread. I have been searching for days for a fix. I just received a replacement xbox one and trying to get everything up and running again and every install and download is failing constantly with the error code above.
Although it sucks I think I am relieved I was not sent out a dodgy replacement and it is something wrong on their end. I second that there should be something up on the xbox live service site mentioning this.
