I am connected to the internet but nat is strict/unaviable

All the times i test Network connection it always says im fine and for multiplier connection it doesnt give me and result it just says cant finish multiplier test and there is no option for that

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Thank you for keeping us updated. We recommend power cycling your router or gateway for five minutes. Once this troubleshooting step has been completed, you will need to

power cycle your Xbox One through the settings. If this does not resolve the issue; we suggest toggling UPnP in your router settings. We will provide steps that explain how to complete this process. If you got your gateway or router from your internet service
provider; you can reach out to them for assistance with completing this process and logging in to your router. After you toggle UPnP, we recommend power cycling your console through the settings. Be sure to let us know the results!



Follow these steps to turn UPnP off and on:

1. Log in to your router's web-based configuration page to and make sure UPnP is turned on.
   
   Note Refer to your router's documentation or support website for help turning UPnP on for the first time, or off and then back on. Make sure that the router is restarted each time you update any router settings. If the router doesn’t restart
   automatically, restart it manually.
2. Turn the UPnP setting off, and then save your changes.
3. Restart your console from a full shutdown and restart all network hardware (your modem and router). Removing the power cords, waiting 10–20 seconds, and plugging the power cords back in is the best way to ensure a full power cycle.
   
4. Log in to your router's web-based configuration page to and make sure UPnP is turned off.
   
5. Turn the UPnP setting back on, and then save your changes again. If there’s another setting labeled Zero Config, ensure that this setting is turned on.
   
6. Restart all network hardware (your modem and router).

Have you tried power cycling your router? Sometimes my wifi gets a little wonky and a good ole power cycle will clear things up. Also I have a lot of power flickers here and most of the time if my modem resets my router will need a power cycle off of that.
A strick nat will definitely be ports not opening. If you are running UPnP a power cycle will also clear that up if the router isn't allowing the xbox to request ports.
