    I am completely clueless on why I got communication banned.


    So I received a communication ban earlier this week and I submitted a case review and XBLPET failed to tell me what specific reason caused the communication ban. Not only that, I received ANOTHER communication ban yesterday. I remain clueless on this one
    as well. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong or if it was a mistake I would like the suspension to be lifted because if this is a mistake then I am being falsely accused of something I didn't do. Please help me out with my situation.

    I've been banned

    I just got banned (01/15/17) until the 22 of January. I've never been banned and I am entirely clueless to why I got banned. Would like to see how to get unbanned.

    I got communication banned

    If it's a temporary suspension then you can message them when it's over. If it's permanent, then no. For information about your suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

    The enforcement team are the only ones with information about your suspensions. They will not give specifics, only the information they have given you via the enforcement site.

    You will have to contact enforcement.xbox.com there is nothing the forums can do to assist you other than sending you there.

    Also even if you did send pictures showing you hadn't sent messages it wouldn't prove anything since you can delete them and I'm pretty sure the enforcement team can check your old messages
