    I have been charged for XBOX games for the last year or year an a half. When I log in into microsoft though I do not see the suscription! how do I cancel it? Thank you

    Is it a game pass subscription or Xbox Live or is it a different subscription if you can tell? Have you checked the transaction history? Can you see anything there?

    I am very sorry you are going through this. Are you using your bank account?

    I am asking this because In these type of cases you should go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

    This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side :(

    Those charges are for 3 different suscriptions as you stated that you did cancelled the other 2 meaning you had 3, but as i mentioned, you can request refunds for the last charge, or you could try contacting Xbox support directly, this is a community forum
