I am charged for a cancelled subscription

Hi,

I "purchased" the free month trial of the Xbox Game Pass in late March in order to play the newly released game Sea of Thieves, that I knew I wouldn't play for very long. I immediately proceeded to cancel the Game Pass subscription in order not to be charged
for the next months.

I made sure multiple times that the subscriptions was cancelled in my profile : it was; and it expired a month later.

However I discovered a few days after the apparent end of my subscription that I had being charged for the 9€99 of the monthly Game Pass.

I checked a few other times if the subscription was indeed still expired, which it was, so I thought it only was a mistake and it was ok if it was for one month. Now it is July and I have been charged a second month of a subscription that I cancelled immediately,
and that I cannot access in my Xbox / Miscrosoft profile.

Charged a monthly subscription fee and cannot cancel

Hello,

I am being charged a monthly fee of 10.77 and do not know what I am being charged for. I have tried to cancel any subscription I have but do not get the option to cancel. I do not want any subscriptions on my account and do not want to me charged any fees.

Xbox Live hard to cancel

I got a deal when I set up my new profile on a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live. I paid $9.99 for 3 months. Then I forgot to cancel it and they automatically charged my card. I just figured out how to remove the automatic renewal but I have a charge pending for another 3 months. It is so hard to cancel a subscription.

I would first reccomend to sign into your account at account.live.com and go to order history and make sure that is what you are being charged for.

If it does not show the charge there then you would want to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can do a search with your payment option that is being charged and it will show them any account that that payment option is
on and be able to figure out what xbox account the charge is going to.

If you're not seeing these charges in your purchase history, it means these charges are coming from another account. I recommend looking at all the accounts you use. On this link, you can check your purchase history.
