    I am being scammed and silenced.


    Microsoft has scammed me out of an account, they have hung up on me multiple times, they have raised my issue to the account recovery department and still they ghosted me, they asked for an email with the information in a secure file drop I sent that information and they ghosted me, I just posted this same post earlier and they deleted it. Spread the word help me get my account back im not the only person this is happening to but im not gonna continue to waste my money on this after I literally got hours and hours of game playtime and items in special games. I have save files of games I have 100 percented but instead i must play on this account where I have nothing but gamepass. GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK!

    Hey, actually I just got in contact with a customer rep and he refunded me for both after seeing a problem. Thank you this can be closed.

    Hi Alex! My name is Darhlene and I’m here to assist you.

    I highly recommend checking the Order history of all your known Microsoft Accounts. It might be possible that you purchased it using one of those accounts.

    To check the Order history:

    1. Sign in using this link: https://account.microsoft.com/
    2. Select the 'Payment & billing' tab
    3. Check your Order History.
    4. Look for the Minecraft transaction.

    Also, were you able to check your family members' Microsoft accounts? It might be possible that your payment card is associated with one of their accounts.

    It is purchased on the only microsoft account I own I believe....

    Can't you just check the order number to see that it is linked to my account with the Effect username? Also you should be able to see that I even have purchased game pass as well, yet I do not have access to that either for some odd reason. Order Number:[mod removed]
