I am being repeatedly spam reported on all 3 of my accounts?

This xbox user [mod remoced] has repeatedly spam reported all 3 of my accounts because I didn't play with him because I was handling things in real life such as bad grades and chores. now I am suspended on my main account until December 22, 2023. could my case be reviewed again, because I saw the reason for my suspension was harassment but this user [mod removed] messages me repeatedly yet when I say no I get suspended for harassment.

From what i understand the "unable to take action" message being sent out all the time is a glitch.

Just keep reporting & blocking any spam accounts & they will be dealt with.

As I have already explained, spam reporting alone does not result in an account being banned. A certain number or frequency of reports doesn't mean you'll receive a ban. Xbox investigates all reports and take each one into consideration.
