I am being lied to and stolen from by Microsoft

Don't know what you are talking about but I'm very pleasure with Microsoft and Xbox, they are doing their best. If you have problem, just send a ticket to them and solve together.

I was always under the impression that stolen xboxs can have their online function deactivated and be banned from xbox live? Is this no longer the case now. Terrible that theves can just get away with using stolen goods i know playstation would stop this but microsoft not doing this is surprising. If we changethe password will the games on his account stop being functional? I want to stop the games being used on that xbox forever.

Also is there no way to completely remotely remove an account from a stolen xbox now? Thats seems ridiculous in this day and age. I am worried by just changing the password that the games will still be playable etc.

I posted a warning elsewhere on the forum and all this could be stopped by microsoft introducing a verification at the moment of purchase.... also when a lot of things get stolen from one company and end up with mainly one person I always look inside the
company because that's where the first common denominator lies.
