    hi so i used an xbox game pass ultimate code and redeemed it to my xbox one and i Took off recurring billing but at the end of the subscription they are forcing me to renew the game pass even though i am trying to switch back to Xbox live gold

    When does the ultimate sub run out? I believe that if you cancel the subscription, it'll run until the last day of the month for the subscription, and then you can re-subscribe to standard gold as soon as you cancel or you can wait till the ultimate expires
    to start the standard gold again without getting billed for the ultimate. All should be manageable under the subscriptions section under settings.

    Has the Ultimate subscription run out yet? You'll have to wait until it completely ends before you can add a standard Gold subscription.

    I am trying to cancel my auto-renewal online, which I did not even choose to auto-renew in the first place, and I am not being given the option to cancel. I am being forced to buy a prepaid card or be charged on my credit card. wow.......
