    I am being comm banned because somebody is spam reporting me every chance they get what do...


    my account as been spam reported by my brother out of spite for losing in video games.i read online if i get 5 suspensions i get a permaban. I am worried because if my brother didn't spam report me i would have a completely clean enforcement record.I don't know what to do about this because microsoft looks over my situation and they just ignore it and side against me with it every time i go for an appeal.What do i do?

    I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

    About the permanent suspension situations

    When you get suspended you can file for a case review in most cases,it's basically a appeal against your suspension,but you must do it within a year of the enforcement action being issued.

    Despite what people may say,every report is thoroughly investigated by a person so the chances of being banned for a false report is practically zero.

    You'll always get people saying "i as banned for nothing" or "i was banned due to false reports or report spamming" when they know full well what they did & are just trying to full a fast one.

    Anyone spamming or abusing the report feature risks being suspended themselves.

    I was to my belief falsely banned and wondering of anyone could spot what's wrong.

    If you mass report any pfp that person is getting comms banned, the system is so broke it takes spamming to get action done, i bet if i made an alt rn, report it alot, it is getting banned

    its just silly ... seen people get banned for hacking knowing that they do not hack and are just top tier in that game.... but because they got spammed with reports yuppers... so i hate hearing they research... sorry if i seem like a jerk but its annoying
    that people think the enforcement team is like 10000s of people when its prob 5 or 6 at best dealing with thousands of reports a day..
    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance to get spam banned
