    I am banned for no reason and my wife also. Want to send proof by picture. Want to know how to send proof by picture. And I like to file a complain, cause there is no checking why we got banned for our group post cause there is nothing in there that is wierd offensive or wrong. And still we got banned.

    If you have been banned, your only option would be to submit a case appeal from the enforcement site here: Enforcements | Xbox Support

    The Xbox safety team will be able to view your appeal and make a decision on whether or not your enforcement action stands. If you don't see an option to submit an appeal, then there is no way to reach out to the Xbox safety team.
