    Review     for additional information.

    You can also contact official Xbox Support to check your account: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    Hey there.

    Please try this:

    1) Do a power cycle

    - Turn off the Xbox

    - Remove the power cable for 15 seconds

    - Turn it on again

    2) Remove your profile from the xbox.

    - reboot the console

    - Redownload your profile.

    Let me know I AM ALWAYS SUSPENDED :)

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. Unfortunately 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review.
