    First and foremost

    The vizio only comes with HDMI 2.0 cablw

    Are you sure it supports 2.1? You would have to check the cable that comes with your Vizio (ps5 and Xbox series consoles come with hdmi2.1 cables but if going from your soundbar to tv is only 2.0 it won't work

    Ps4 doesn't support 4k

    Only the ps4 pro does via streaming as it doesn't have UHD MEDIA reading as it doesn't have UHD capabilities

    And its upscaled

    Not native

    Ps4 pro supports 2.0

    next gen consoles don't for 4k

    You MUST Have hdmi2.1 all the way thru

    For eARC yoi don't need 2.1 (check your tv if you are using a hdmi2.1 slot too not just your cables

    Hate to break it to you nothing meets the 8k specs

    Because technology hasnt caught up

    Hdmi2.1 and vvr is your best optio for consoles

    Not all monitors support hdmi2.1 at 4k most of the time its on display port

    You really have to read the manual

    Where tvs are straight forward

    Monitors are designed for pcs not gaming consoles. Hemce why they use dvi or display port for their best res

    Hdmi2.1 isnt full speed yet and no tv supporta full 8kat 120hz yet

    The tech and chips havent caught upto 8ks full potential

    But we are still YEARS off before 2.1 is fully implemented

    Hi there Jim welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Are you using an HDMI 2.1 port? Remember that some TVS have an specific port for the 2.1 HDMI cables!
    The LG C1 has 4 HDMI ports and all 4 are fully HDMI2.1

    Having trouble with this cable as well. I have tried this like a hundred times already. I am trying to run the memory from a 120gb hd to a 250gb s hd. I have turned the xbox on then put the cable in and then attached the hard drive but still no pop up. The
    cable has been lent to be by a friend and its the older one with the disk.

    Just got an XboxOne for Xmass and its having this same problem. When my Xbox One is hooked up between the TV and the Cable box the content that is recorded on my Cable box randomly jumps ahead through out the show. It usually gets worse as the show progresses.
    It is recorded on the cable box DVR that way and not just a playback issue. It makes no sense. Just to trouble shoot the problem I returned my cable box and got a new one...same problem. If I remove the Xbox from the loop the problem goes away. I am not playing
    games on my Xbox when this occurs so I know its not the game pad interfering. The cable box I have is a Samsung and I use Time Warner. Would love this to get figured out. I love having the Xbox hooked up on the same input as the cable. As of now I cant do
    that with this problem.
