The one thing with repairs to keep in mind is that if the region for the console is Singapore then the address used for a repair must match that region as well, or else a repair cannot be created. If you do the steps above and it does not work you can try
to reach out to Singapore support.

None of these worked, I called rhe support hotline and thay said i may need to send my console in for repair.

I am assuming you sent your controller for repairs using the service order. The service centre inspects your product upon arrival. If no service is performed (repair or exchange), they’ll return the product and send you info about why the service wasn’t performed.

After researching this, I have come to the same conclusion, this XBox just will not do the update. Lucky for Xbox my hubby is willing to buy another one. Not me. I bought this one..and the last one. I am not much of a gamer anymore for one thing, but we
had such an ordeal and got terrible customer service when we sent it in for repair on the red ring of death, had to send it for repair twice and I never played it again. My hubby did, though. I refuse to send it a third time. I will tell my hubby to buy him
another one. For the price of shipping and repair, I can buy a new one for about the same I am sure.
