I am a Thai and I am in Thailand.I have the Xbox one X serial number 057525173517 which was claimed once with Wongpayak Nuttee and He sold it to me but this xbox one has problems again.These problems are E101 E102 and E105.I try to solve these problems by
Xbox Singapore support but they can not to solve these problem.I want this xbox to fix and repair these problems but I can not contact directly XBOX Singapore. Where I can send my xbox to service and repair it?.Xbox Singapore please help me.Xbox does not sell
at Thailand so Microsoft Thailand can not repair it.

Xbox One extended service plan

So, I bought my Xbox One back in April and have now had to send it in for repair because it's not reading discs. Does anyone know if I am eligible to purchase an extended service plan for it? I bought it new from the Microsoft store.

Have you tried doing a factory reset on the console as well?

Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

Restore to Factory Defaults | Xbox One (Use this if you cannot do steps in link above)

You can also try the steps at Error E101 | Update System Error | Xbox One

The one thing with repairs to keep in mind is that if the region for the console is Singapore then the address used for a repair must match that region as well, or else a repair cannot be created. If you do the steps above and it does not work you can try
to reach out to Singapore support.

None of these worked, I called rhe support hotline and thay said i may need to send my console in for repair.

I am assuming you sent your controller for repairs using the service order. The service centre inspects your product upon arrival. If no service is performed (repair or exchange), they’ll return the product and send you info about why the service wasn’t performed.

Wait for it, Australia will have it easier to send their Xbox One or Kinect to a repair service, I am sure

Improvement for Xbox LIVE for Australian gamers is expected too.

After researching this, I have come to the same conclusion, this XBox just will not do the update. Lucky for Xbox my hubby is willing to buy another one. Not me. I bought this one..and the last one. I am not much of a gamer anymore for one thing, but we
had such an ordeal and got terrible customer service when we sent it in for repair on the red ring of death, had to send it for repair twice and I never played it again. My hubby did, though. I refuse to send it a third time. I will tell my hubby to buy him
another one. For the price of shipping and repair, I can buy a new one for about the same I am sure.
