    I am a preview customer and having a problem purchasing a flash ad for gta5


    When ever I try to buy a copy of gta 5 that is half off I get a error message that says please try again there is a problem on our side waiting might help and I have wait about 24 hours now and I still can't purchase it

    Missing out on rewards

    Hi I've been a customer with Xbox live for over 12years and I've been having a problem missing out on your reward deals for preordered games. I have preordered multiple games and I haven't seen the bonus rewards points for purchasing these games.

    I am having similar problem here. I have taken to the next step by contacting the Microsoft Customer Service Support. First they claimed that they had problem processing the payment via PayPal and requested me to add a credit card to the account, which I
    could not comprehend why. I added the credit card to my account anyway but till now, I am still not able to complete the purchase. Does anybody know how can I escalate this issue so that it gets appropriate attention?
