My xbox rewards membership was cancelled without my knowledge

I've been a member of xbox live for 7 years. At some point, I signed up to become a member of the rewards program, and I never made any attempt to cancel my rewards membership associated with my current account. Since that point, I've only received a small
amount of rewards ever, but I figured the program just accrued points slowly. In the past year I've spent about 500 dollars on the xbox live marketplace, and upon checking why I didn't receive any rewards for these purchases, I found my rewards membership
had been cancellled.

My Live Rewatds points never transfered into my account.

I have been an Xbox Live Rewards Member for over 3 years but I don't think I have ever received my Rewards Points on my Account.

I have 70 points pending. 740 points awarded. 810 points total. I know you need 100 points pending before the points are deposited into your account on the 15th or 30th of the month, but I have never noticed any points ever being deposited into my account.

I have 177,000 points waiting to be deposited, that's how long this has been an issue for.

The OP is ubber bitter over not getting a console, ridiculous.

I will say though, from starting my account on day one (it says 9 years, but that's because my CC somehow got jacked up and it took them 2 months to get it fixed....., so that cut off 2 months of my actual 10 year account) and a VIP rewards member and I
didn't get the helmet. I seen people getting the helmet that have 6 and 7 years on the service and not reward members. I just don't get how I didn't even get the helmet.

My account is 11 years old (haven't unsubscribed even once), got 82k Gamerscore.

I consider myself a very important player, so i'd like some kind of reward aswell. I never got anything from Xbox Live, not even those small payments on my birthday like some other users got.

Is it because i live in a Tier 2 country (Norway)? We allready get shafted with a delayed Xbox One launch.

I have been a rewards member since 14, so I would think that since I am a rewards member that I was signed up for the points? it never stated that you had to do any extra things to get it......

it said if you are a Xbox rewards member if you purchase or download Gears of War or Tomb raider between the time frame you got 60,000 points and I did that......

Personally I am happy for those that got some form of reward, just a shame I didn't get anything considering how long I've been a member, etc. Not going to cry over it, I'm certainly not "entitled" to anything, but I am going to at least have my opinion
over the matter be it negative or positive.
