I am 43. How do I lift the age restrictions on my Game Pass Account?

Select the Windows icon on your PC then go to Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Xbox app and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Xbox app to default settings.

After that, kindly sign out and sign back in on the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app.

Hopefully you're an adult now. Since you are on an age restriction, the master account (who put the restriction on you) will need to sign in and lift it.

Yes, I figured it out. For whatever reason, there was an age restriction on my Xbox account, probably for my little brother. Anyway, removing the age restriction and trying again worked for me. Try checking if you have any restrictions at all on
your account (Xbox or Microsoft) and remove them. This should work for you too.

How exactly did you remove the age restriction? I don´t know how to do that. My brother actually plays on the xbox and I would like to play some destiny 2 there. I play on PS4 and i am getting the same error. Do I change it on the xbox itself?

Unfortunately once you create a profile, the age will not be able to be altered. If the age on the account is under 18, you will need parental permission to lift those restrictions.
