I talked to them they said everything is correct from bank side no issues from bank debit card allowed international bant transaction

Why is international transaction an issue?

It means your card bounced when their payment merchant tried to charge it.

Why that is you'd have to contact Xbox support or your bank to find out.

Check the Microsoft store for updates. Make sure that the store itself and the Xbox apps are up to date. That's one of the causes of that error on the customer's end.


Unfortunately support are the only ones that can assist you with this. If they point to your carrier, then it means you'll need to work with them to resolve this or choose another way to pay.
