I added money 2 my account but it won't show up in the store help

I am having the same problem adding money to my grandson's account. They took the money from my account. One the website it says he has the money but in the game, it does not show up.

It does not show up in my order history, but when I look up the account balance the amount does include the gift card was added. When I go to purchase a game to use the money in the account balance it doesn't show the new gift card amount.

Hi Bokor, thanks for the help! Unfortunately the solution didn't work for me. I added my Paypal account but I can only use it to buy Xbox One content, both on website and store app. I just tested it.

For Xbox 360 content my Paypal account doesn't show up, only my credit card on file. Maybe Paypal Brazil wasn't supported on Xbox 360 but was added later to Xbox One. Hopefully the Paypal solution works for Vrynio.
