    I activated a 1 month gold membership and it worked but I can't play online. Please help!


    I put the code in like every other time i do but this time it won't let me play online for any of my games. I didn't get any error code or anything, It worked like normally. I have turned my xbox off and on multiple times. I also checked the settings-account-subscription
    and it says it expires next month so it did activated yet still can't play online. please help me!

    Unable to play online with friends?

    Hello guys,

    yesterday I activated my 14-day-trial of Xbox Live Gold I got from Halo 4, but today I discovered that you can't play with more than one player on the same console online. That's why I bought a normal 1-month-gold-membership, but my xbox still acts like I have
    the 14-day-trial. Does the regular membership only get activated when the trial is over? Do I have to wait 14 days to play online with friends again or is there a way to somehow deactivate the trial? Someone please help me!

    Won't let me play online on mw3 anyone have any idea why??!!?!

    I just bought my gold and activated it, but it wont let me play online on Modern warfare 3. When I go to my membership on Xbox settings, it says Prepaid 3+1 month Xbox Live Gold. Member since : 4/23/13. End date: 8/23/13. Renewal : Off. Renewal price; N/A
    . Payment: N/A . Please help me.

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subcription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
      Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Let us know the results
