    I accidently uninstall Minecraft while wanting to uninstalling Minecraft Education only....


    I have talked to a XBox gamer who was very kind and suggested that I contact the compay direcly as it may be an licence issue. I have been trying to contact the company using several links as suggested, e.g. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status, to even place a request call but it does not work. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hello! I think your best bet is to uninstall Minecraft and then reinstall it. It must be a bug with the Minecraft online servers only if you can play with your friends on other games. You should definitely uninstall Minecraft and try again--your game data
    will be safe in the cloud! (I've had to uninstall Minecraft twice for bugs)

    Go into Games and Apps. - Select Minecraft - Manage Game - In "Ready to Install" check to see if your packs are located there. You could have uninstalled the packs by accident.
