Is this the Game Pass trial promotion from Discord? I ask because Discord promotion for game pass is only for new subscribers. If you ever had game pass on your account before - either from a trial period, another promotion or purchased - you will not be able to redeem the code.

But usually you will receive the "Expired code" or "Check the instructions that came with your code" error messages instead of a "You are not eligible to redeem this code" message.

Is this the Discord promotion for Game Pass? If so, it is only for new subscribers. If you ever had Game Pass on your account before - either from a trial period, another promotion or purchased - you will not be able to redeem the code. But it usually does not show the message that you are not eligible for the offer when trying to redeem the code. It usually shows that the code is already redeemed or that you should "check the instructions that came with your code".

Now if you never had Game Pass on your account before and you live in a supported country for Game Pass (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions), please contact Discord as they are the ones responsible for this code.

I got the same problem but when i needed to press `A` to confirm to redeem the 15$ card on my xbox live account ,I accidently press `B` so now if i re enter the code it said that i already redeem the code ...BUT I DONT HAVE THE 15$ ON MY ACCOUNT ??

Well for one you cant redeem a discord code on a xbox its only a pc or mobile app

The problem actually is, i can't redeem the Discord Nitro because it gets a ''Unknown Gift Code'' error (it's the code i got from the xbox), (trying on pc).
