i accidently purchased something that i wasnt teing to purchase

i bought the wrong subscription. What do i do?

i accidently purchased a 12 month subscription when i meant to buy a 1 month subscription. how do i stop the purchase? am i suppose to cancel my subscription andwill i not be charged ?

 

Purchase/Download Failure

I accidently canceled a purchase before the download started. My MS Account Money was taken, but the game acts as if I never purchased it. PLEASE HELP ME!

 

You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

You need to try a refund.

For refund you can first try the auto option in
http://commerce.microsoft.com if doesnt get, you will need to contact the official Xbox Support. They are the only ones that can determine if a refund is possible or not.

Going to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can get a roll on a refund would be the best option.

If nothing can be done on the website, just call Xbox Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They'll get you squared away!

 

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

 

In this case You must contact Xbox Support and tell them what happened, so You may get a refund.
