I accidently linked my Mojang Minecraft account to a kids account and I want to change it

Thank you for answering my question! One last thing though, I have access to my husband's account and I want to change the privacy settings as you described so how would I do that?

Unfortunately, here is what Minecraft support states when this happens WARNING: ONCE YOU MIGRATE YOUR ACCOUNT THIS ACTION CAN NOT BE UNDONE. ENSURE YOU ARE MIGRATING TO THE CORRECT MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BEFORE COMPLETING THE MIGRATION. You can find additional information here. To manage Privacy settings here is how to do this. Your husband will have to change them or if you have access to the Family safety account, you're going to have to change the one for your son to play. If you need any additional help with Minecraft issues, I recommend submitting a support ticket with them and they can help with any additional account questions.

We want you to feel safe playing with others on the Xbox network. To learn more about playing with others safely and enjoyably. Follow the steps where is says Manage settings on xbox.com. If you have an Xbox console, you can also do this from there.

No, Here's the thing.

The account was closed, but then it was reopened before the 60 days had ended, so it was still linked to my Mojang account.

And yes, I did receive an email to the account that I wanted to transfer.

The problem right now is I have a Microsoft account which is linked to my Minecraft account, however, it is also linked to my Xbox account, which doesn't have a Minecraft account linked. Whenever I try and login with only my Microsoft account, Minecraft automatically signs it into the Xbox account, which, once again, doesn't have an account linked to it.

That's the problem at hand
