So I accidentally used a gift card on the wrong account so I'm just wondering is there any possible way to use it on a Minecraft account associated with a Microsoft account

Unfortunately not. Once its been redeemed then its already too late to do anything.

According to the official Xbox website: "After a code has been redeemed to a Microsoft account, the content can’t be transferred to the correct account."

Since we are referring to Microsoft credits, I'm afraid that you can only use the credits using the account where you have accidentally redeemed the Xbox gift card.
