    I accidentally un enrolled from the preview program!


    A support member told me to post this here. I accidentally un enrolled from the preview program trying to un-enroll from the NXBE (New Xbox One Experience) and need to be re invited to the preview program or if I can cancel the pending un enroll that would
    be even better! Please help!

    Removing account from Preview program

    Hello,

    I recently un enrolled my Xbox from the preview program and am still having issues. It claims I am still a preview member even after un enrolling. I don't want to be in the preview program any longer because its causing issues with my Xbox. How can my
    console be rid of the preview program. Please Help.

    External hard drive not working

    I've been using an external hard drive for a few months now and after the last update from the preview program, it no longer reads any of my usb ports. I was wondering if I could be un-enrolled from the preview program first off, and second off have the
    latest regular update sent to my xbox to possibly reset the problem.

    Hey mauretto63! I can confirm you are in the preview program. If you'd like to un-enroll you will need to download the
    Xbox preview dashboard app. If you have any trouble un-enrolling you will need to post in the
    Preview Program Registration Support forum. Thanks!

    Games and Apps Wont Start After System Update

    If you've got "group not found" someone from the staff will be along and sort out your access.

    You can un-enrol from the preview program from the preview app, you won't go back to the public build until they release it to everybody.

    The issue isn't so much getting out of the program, it's the Game & Party invite glitches. I don't get them anymore, despite seeing them pop up on my computer next to me.
