Before we proceed any further, I would like to set your proper expectations that Microsoft accounts are fully managed and handled by an automated server and we don't have manual access to it because Microsoft really takes our security and privacy very seriously. This means that our support agents and advocates do not have the ability to send password reset links or provide other ways to access or change account details. The questions provided on the account recovery form are intended for the owner to verify ownership of the account. This is a very a meticulous process as it deals with personal and sensitive information. If the system found out not enough information provided, you will receive an email stating failure of account recovery but what is good on this process is that you can keep submitting the form twice day and do it if you remember new information.

By the way, we would like to ask what specific problem with your account that bring you to account recovery process? Did you forget your password or you are not able to receive the verification code due to the changes of the information in your security information which you did not recognize? Your reaponse is typical of what the problem is!!

1 lost password solution - tried 10 times. Usual reaponse from MS cant help in form

2. account change passeor - tried 15 times. Usual response from MS - cant help fill in form

3. Recover account. - tried 15 times!! Usual reaponse from MS - cant help fill in form

i fill in the forms and get an automated response telling me there iant enoygh info.

i just need yhis fixed. Not fill in another form and get some silly reaponse!

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with trying to recover the account. I know it can be frustrating and heartbreaking to run into this situation. Unfortunately the only way to recover your account is through the account recovery form you say you've filled
out many times. You can fill out the form as many times, but only twice a day and you'll need to continue filling out that form to the best of your knowledge. If the system can't verify the account, you may need to make a new account.

i have the same problem but tried to recover my password my contacting microsoft and filling out a recovering form but they emailed me back and said there is not enough information, so looks like im going to have to make a knew account ?
