I accidentally deleted my xbox live message for a promotional Fallout 3 code for buying Fallout 4 from the xbox store. Is there any chance I could get it back? Because a nice person said that I should ask it here. Thanks.

It can take up to 10 days to receive the Fallout 3 code. The promotion is valid through February, so if you bought digitally you should be receiving the code as an Xbox Live message in due course. When that message arrives, simply redeem it to begin downloading
Fallout 3.
