log in to your microsoft account go to your purchase history select the purchase and you should find the option for refund,only you need to have played less than 2 hours of the game to be able to get a refund.

I'd like to kown how to get a refund of PUBG as well.

I bought the game two days ago on the Xbox Marketplace, well aware of the game being in a preview phase, but it's simply unplayable.

I'm fine with the lags, bugs, textures popping, framerate and netcode issues, but the constant freezes and crash of the game make it unplayable.

I've been unable to finish a single of my (around) twenty games. Wether I play alone, duo or squad, I get disconnected, have to launch the game again, then I'm brought back to the game as a spectator because I've been killed in the process.

This game is in an Alpha testing phase. It was not ready for public launch and it shoudn't sell for 29,99€ at this stage.

Could you tell me how to get in touch with the Xbox French support to get a refund?

Yes it’s already refunded but i want to refund a different item but wont let me because I accidentally refunded that item
