    Will the HyperX Cloud ll Pro heasdset work on the new Xbox Series X? Can pc headphones like Logitech G635 Wired 7.1 surround sound work also?

    Unless it says compiatble with xbox then no

    You can purchase xbox wireless compatible.devices thats what your box labels are for

    Hello Geri,

    I have already also done all of the troubleshooting steps you listed above before creating this post.

    The HyperX Cloud 2 headset functions the same way. You receive audio, but microphone doesn’t activate in game chat. I’ve also tried2 other controllers, and they work just fine.

    I’ve reset the controller numerous times, same issue. I’ve reset nearly everything actually, still no change. The Logitech G Pro X is perfectly compatible with the Xbox.

    I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do next. Everything works except for the Series 2 controller.
