    HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset not working on Xbox.


    Why does the HyperX Cloud Alpha wireless headsets not work with Xbox, when there are multiple other headsets of the brand that do. Including even the wired version of the same headset lmao. Due to "licensing" reasons just doesn't make any sense to me when they have other working headsets for the brand.

    Sorry to hear about that. If your wireless headset is not Xbox-compatible as labeled from the manufacturer, it would have a compatibility issue. Some brands or models may work or may not work - so there's no guarantee to it. It would be best if you directly contact the manufacturer to give your suggestions or feedback regarding their product to make it compatible to Xbox consoles.

    Thank you for both of your replies. My son uses the HyperX Cloud Alpha Pro Gaming Headset, that replaced his Turtle Beach headphones, which he still has but which were too staticky. Are you saying the controller for the original Xbox One works with the XBox
    One S? That's an option, if it happens again, but hopefully this new way of leaving the headset plugged in will work. Thanks again.
