Hydro Thunder split screen

Every other game I play, if I want to do two player, I just add a guest to my Xbox one as my account (1) and I'm able to play two player. I've done that with this and it still doesn't register the guest account.

It keeps asking me to download another account as if I had going to someone's house and I can log into my account on their Xbox.

If you can explain to me how you can do it I'd be happy to try it!

I'm not entirely sure if this is some kind of bug with Hydro Thunder. I do know you're not the only one to encounter this issue though. Last month someone basically asked the same thing.

I responded to them with the steps I took. The person never responded back, so I don't know if it worked for them.

Have you checked if the game you're playing provides co-op mode?

If this is not your problem, I suggest you go to the Xbox Support website.

Are you trying to sign your kids in as a guest? or do they have there own accounts?

I asked because I'm able to sign into the local co-op in that game with my account as player 1 and my girlfriends as player 2.
